With more than 25 years of legal experience, Mr Joseph Chai Ming Kheong has a deep expertise in a wide variety of practice areas including civil and commercial litigation, criminal proceedings and corporate agreement drafting.

 

As a partner in his previous firm, Mr Chai had also handled various conveyancing transactions and acted for many local banks. He also handles a wide range of litigation issues including breaches of contracts, property/landlord & tenant problems, personal injury, intellectual property disputes, defamation, debt recovery and insolvency. 

 

Mr Chai also draws on his previous experience as a legal officer with the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, handling various aspects of building claims and construction process.  He was also appointed the Head of Prosecution to ensure compliance with relevant legislation in the regulatory framework.  

 

Mr Chai has also been appointed as a Commissioner of Oaths and Notary Public by Singapore Academy of Law for the past 12 years.
